Composite Bonding

Dental composite bonding is a cosmetic dental procedure where a tooth-coloured resin (composite) is applied to the teeth to repair damage or improve appearance.

Composite bonding can

  • Repair chipped or cracked teeth
  • Close small gaps between teeth
  • Improve the shape or size of teeth
  • Cover discoloured teeth
  • Protect exposed tooth roots (e.g., from receding gums)

Benefits

The composite resin is colour-matched to your natural teeth and it can fix chips, cracks, discolouration, gaps, and irregular shapes, resulting in a more attractive smile.

Minimally invasive as little or no enamel needs to be removed and in most cases, no anesthesia is required.

Can be used for cosmetic and functional repairs e.g., protecting exposed roots, repairing worn-down edges.

Immediate results as soon as soon as the procedure is finished.
