ON THE DAY APPOINTMENTS
We do offer on the day appointments for any patient who is registered and needing emergency treatment. However, these are specific slots reserved for that day and you may not have a choice of time.
PARKING AND DISABLED ACCESS
On street parking is available on Priory Terrace and in the vicinity of the practice.
We endeavour to see all patients and meet any individual requirements where possible so that patients can access our dental services. Please contact the practice prior to your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE & PRIVACY NOTICE
We aim to make your experience at SH Dental Care as professional and comfortable as possible. However, should you have any comments or complaints please contact the practice on 01926 422392 or by email on mail@shdentalcare.co.uk. We will deal with your complaint and can talk you through our complaints procedure. The practice aims to meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the guidelines on the Information Commissioner’s (ICO) website as well as our professional guidelines and requirements. You can pick up a copy of our Complaints Policy and Privacy Notice from reception.
